FURNACE CLEANING

Furnace cleaning is an important essential prior to preparing for the cold weather to set in for the winter months. Cleaning the furnace should be done annually, but some homeowners put this off until it is needed or when something has gone wrong. However, you should not delay cleaning the furnace as it may result into a larger issue, since dust particles that contain unsafe contaminates attach to the furnace, air plenum evaporator coils, fan and condensation pan, and air vent registers in which cause a clogged or malfunctioning furnace that can lead to a loss of heat, carbon monoxide leaks, and/or fire dangers. The evaporator coil, blower motor, fan, filter, and entire blower compartment are all areas we clean during the process. An enormous amount of dirt, dust, and construction dust can be found during the cleaning procedure, this reduces the efficiency of the central air unit costing homeowners a lump sum on their electricity bill.
