A/C COIL CLEANING

Over time excessive dirt and debris accumulates or can block airflow across the coil, increasing the cost of heating or cooling the building/home. In severe cases cooling or condensing coils can become too blocked that air flow is seriously reduced, other issues can arise such as evaporator or cooling coil icing problem, overheating, or simply loss of cooling capacity of the system. It can also cause your A/C evaporator coils to run at higher than normal temperatures - a condition that over time can break down lubricants circulating inside the system, thus shortening the life of the compressor motor itself.
